Donate to Help Grow Sport for All

We want to ensure sponsorship opportunities are accessible to everyone as part of our commitment to inclusion for the Durham Region 2023 Ontario Parasport Games.

So, individuals or organizations can contribute any financial amount to support our Games legacy initiatives and help grow opportunities and participation in sport for people of all abilities.

Contributions from $20 to $500 may be recognized as a Games Fan sponsorship on our website or be considered a donation and receive a charitable receipt. All monies will be directed toward Games Legacy initiatives, including:

• Our existing grant program to support Durham Region youth from under-serviced families to participate in parasport, in partnership with Durham-based charity
• Their Opportunity:
  A new grant program to support start-up sport programs for all abilities in Durham Region.

We’re so proud of our community’s tremendous response to our calls for sponsors, knitters, and volunteers. We know more people want to be part of the Games and this is another opportunity to make a real difference.

Here are your contribution options:

To e-transfer a donation or sponsorship payment as an individual or organization, please send payment to payments@durham.ca and include the reason in the memo field, i.e., Durham Region 2023 Ontario Parasport Games (donation or sponsorship).

To pay by cheque, please make the cheque out to: The Regional Municipality of Durham and include the reason in the memo field, i.e., Durham Region 2023 Ontario Parasport Games (donation or sponsorship). Please mail the cheque to:

Cheques can also be dropped off at the Region of Durham Headquarters public front counter on the main floor.

For individual or small business donations or sponsorships by credit card or Visa/Mastercard debit, please call the Region of Durham Accounts Receivable team at 905-668-4113 extension 2317 or email ar_payments@durham.ca and provide call back details. A member of the Accounts Receivable team will contact you to process your payment. Please do not provide credit card information on voicemail or in an email.
